Service Leader - Bekasi
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for one of ASUS service center (Management, Finance, Logistic, and Technical)
- Support service partner on surrounding area when necessary
- Lead and coach a group of customer service, engineer, and logistic team
- Solve any critical customer problem and complain
- Responsible for service operation and management
- Co-work with channel sales representative
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) Graduated from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0, majoring in Information Technology (Computer Engineering), Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization.
- Experience min 5 years as Service Center Manager or related field.
- Good leadership skill and ability to lead a small team.
- Able to manage employees in team.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skill and customer satisfaction oriented attitude.
- Have knowledge in computer hardware/software.
- Ready to work hard and under pressure.
- Understanding Chinese would be an advantage.
